Proposal One - MMS/HS and Morrice Elementary School

Bond Passes!

 

The following are improvements that will be made.

 

Morrice Elementary School

• Upgraded mechanical and electrical systems

• Classroom Improvement including:

* Folding partition replacement with permanent walls

* Classroom cubbies

* New storage cabinets

* New built in book shelving

* New flooring, ceilings, paint, door improvements

* Additional electrical circuits

* Improved temperature controls

• Site improvements including playground allowance

• Technology equipment allowance

• Furnishings allowance

• Enlarged Kindergarten Room at Lower Elementary wing

• Media Center Improvements including general storage room

• Lunchroom improvements

• Gymnasium Addition including Motor Skills Room, Storage & Team Rooms

• Stage integral with Gymnasium Area

• Teacher's workroom at Lower Elementary wing

• Relocated Elementary and District offices

• Exterior improvements and new membrane roofing

• Expanded teacher's parking lot

 

Morrice Junior High and High School

• Upgraded mechanical and electrical systems

• Administration relocation to north building entrance for security purposes

• Two new classrooms

• Two new science lecture rooms and one remodeled science lab for shared use

• Classroom improvements

• Technology Equipment allowance

• Furnishing allowance

• Student commons, kitchen, serving area, and stage improvements

• Gymnasium and Locker Room improvements

• Weight Room improvements

• Band Room improvements

• Art Room improvements

• Exterior improvements including new membrane roofing and entrance door upgrades/replacement

• Site improvements including drainage improvements around building

$12,175,000.00 = 5.35 mills for 25years 1month
